If you have an outstanding balance please reach out to us!!! Disconnects for nonpayment will resume September 28th. It is critical to get caught up on your amount past due or set up a payment plan. The TWSA Board of Directors has extended the payment plan up to twelve months to help folks get back on track as well as changed the disconnect procedure that requires an outstanding balance of four months instead of two. If you have an outstanding balance of four months your service will be disconnected until you either pay your balance or get caught up with a payment plan. Also, your first reconnect fee will be waived, but don’t wait till then, go ahead and reach out to us today!
